Hey, if you’re here, something in you is done pretending you’re “fine.” You’re juggling old trauma, intense emotions, and relationship patterns that keep replaying no matter how hard you try to change. You overthink, shut down, explode, or numb out—and then beat yourself up for it. You’re not the problem; your nervous system has been in survival mode for a long time.
What I do best
I work exclusively with adult women whose struggles go deeper than “just stress.” Maybe it’s trauma, BPD, anxiety, depression, or attachment wounds that show up as clingy one minute and shut down the next. You’ve tried coping skills, podcasts, maybe even therapy before—but you’re ready for something more focused and honest.
I offer intensive, individualized online therapy using:
Brainspotting to process trauma without retelling every detail
Somatic tools to help your body finally feel less on edge
DBT‑informed skills so you can handle emotions, relationships, and boundaries in real life
If you’re reading this thinking, “Yep, that’s me,” you’re in the right place to say it out loud.
How therapy works with me
In our first few sessions, we slow down and really get to know your story. We’ll look at your history, current stress, and relationship patterns, review any diagnoses, and notice how everything lands in your body—not just on paper. Together, we set a trauma baseline so we both understand what “overwhelmed” looks like for you.
From there, sessions stay focused and collaborative. We blend Brainspotting, somatic work, DBT‑style skills, and attachment‑based therapy. Less venting in circles, more noticing patterns, processing what your body is holding, and practicing new ways of responding so you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control.
This might be you if…
You’re the “strong one” but feel one small thing away from shutting down or snapping.
Your relationships feel all‑or‑nothing: too close, too distant, never secure.
You’ve been told you’re “too sensitive,” “too much,” or “the problem” in conflicts.
You suspect trauma, BPD, ADHD, or autism are in the mix and want clarity, not shame.
You want therapy that actually changes how you feel in your body and in your relationships.
If you’re nodding along, you’re not overreacting—you’re overwhelmed, and that deserves support.
