What you pay depends on your plan's copay, coinsurance, and deductible. It helps to call the number on your insurance card and ask about outpatient mental health benefits for telehealth.

Self-pay

• Standard fee: $200 per session
• Self-pay rate: $150 per session for clients who pay out of pocket and don't use insurance

Brainspotting consultation for clinicians

$150 per meeting, with a minimum of 6 meetings.

Good Faith Estimate

If you're paying out of pocket or not using insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost under the No Surprises Act. You can ask me for one at any time.
