Fees & Insurance

Money stuff can feel awkward, so here’s everything laid out clearly so you know what you’re stepping into.

Session fees

  • Individual therapy for adult women (online): $150 per session

  • Brainspotting consultation for therapists (coming soon): $100 per hour

  • Clinical supervision for RMHCI (coming soon): $75 per hour

  • Adult ADHD & autism evaluations for women (coming soon): $200 (flat fee )

Payment is due at the time of session. Sessions for individual therapy are scheduled in appointment time slots for consistency, which helps you keep a regular rhythm and also cuts down on last‑minute cancellations and constant rescheduling.

Good Faith Estimate

If you’re not using insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care may cost over the course of a year. You can ask for this before starting or any time during therapy, and we’ll outline expected costs based on current fees and how often we plan to meet.

Cancellation policy

Because your session time is held specifically for you each week, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no‑shows, are typically charged the full session fee. This protects our time and also helps keep things consistent and respectful for everyone on the schedule.
