Therapy for when “just coping” isn’t cutting it
What this space is for
This space is for you if you’re exhausted from doing it all on your own and you’re ready for therapy that actually goes beneath the surface. You might be navigating trauma, BPD traits, big emotions, and attachment stuff that keeps showing up in your relationships, work, and body.
Sessions are online only for adult women who are physically in Florida or South Carolina at the time of session. You get to show up from wherever feels safest and most comfortable, without the commute or waiting room.
How individual counseling works with me
Therapy with me is still standard‑length, weekly or bi‑weekly sessions—but the way we use that time is what makes it feel deep. We look at your history, current stressors, and relationship patterns, and how all of that lives in your body and nervous system.
From there, we create a plan that centers safety and regulation first, then moves into deeper trauma work at a pace that feels challenging but not overwhelming. This is not crisis counseling, and it’s not a replacement for a higher level of care if you need 24/7 support.
Modalities and tools we use
In our work together, Brainspotting is often one of the core tools because it helps access and process stuck trauma and emotions in a way that goes beyond talking about things.
I also pull from DBT‑informed skills, somatic work, and attachment‑based therapy. That means we’re not only processing the past; we’re also building skills to:
Ride out intense emotions without shutting down or exploding
Understand and shift patterns in your relationships
Help your nervous system feel a little more settled and safe
Who this is (and isn’t) for
Individual online counseling with me can be a good fit if:
You’re dealing with trauma, CPTSD, BPD traits, or long‑standing attachment wounds
You’ve done therapy before but felt like you were just talking in circles
You’re ready to be honest, even if things feel messy, complicated, or “too much”
It may not be the best fit if you need ongoing crisis‑level support, very frequent contact between sessions, or a higher level of care like IOP, PHP, or inpatient work. In those situations, more intensive programs are usually safer and more appropriate, and I’d encourage you to connect with those options.
What you can expect
If we work together, you can expect:
A steady, honest space where your reactions make sense in the context of what you’ve lived through
Direct feedback, real collaboration, and room for the unfiltered version of you—not the “put‑together” one
Practical skills you can use in real life, not just insight that stays in the therapy room
