Clarity for women who’ve been masking for years
This service is for adult women who have spent most of their lives feeling “too much,” “too scattered,” or “too sensitive,” and are now wondering if ADHD, autism, or both might be part of the picture. The goal isn’t to pick you apart—it’s to put language to patterns you’ve been living with for years so things finally make more sense.
What these evaluations are (and aren’t)
These are clinical, masters‑level evaluations that look at ADHD, autism, and how they might overlap with things like trauma, anxiety, and depression. You can expect structured questionnaires, a detailed clinical interview, and space to talk about how your brain works day‑to‑day—not just how you “look on paper.”
This is not a full neuropsychological assessment, and it may not meet the requirements for every workplace, school, or disability service. In some situations, you may still need a neuropsych or medical evaluation for medication, formal accommodations, or certain kinds of documentation, and you’ll get clear guidance about that.
Why focus on adult women
So many women are diagnosed later in life because their masking, people‑pleasing, and “high functioning” veneer were misread as them being fine. By the time the questions about ADHD or autism surface, there’s often burnout, overwhelm, or a quiet sense of “I can’t keep doing this like this.”
These evaluations are designed to be neurodivergent‑affirming and trauma‑aware, making room for the ways you’ve learned to perform “okay” while feeling anything but okay on the inside.
What you can expect from the process
If you move forward once this service opens, you can expect:
A thorough conversation about your history at school, at work, in relationships, and with your mental health.
Screening and assessment tools for ADHD and autism that are interpreted in context—not treated as the whole story.
Space to talk about masking, burnout, shutdown, and how you experience the world as a woman.
You’ll receive feedback about whether ADHD, autism, both, or neither seem to fit, along with recommendations for next steps—therapy, supports, or referrals for additional testing if needed.
Who this is for
This evaluation space is built for adult women who:
Have wondered about ADHD and/or autism but were told they’re “fine” because they did well in school or seem put‑together.
Have a history of anxiety, depression, trauma, or “borderline” labels and are curious if neurodivergence has been missed.
Want a validating, honest conversation about their patterns—not a cold checklist that leaves them more confused.
How to connect for now
This service isn’t live yet, but if you’re an adult woman interested in ADHD and/or autism evaluation, you can reach out to share a bit about what you’re noticing and what you’re hoping to understand about yourself.
