Clinical supervision that’s real, not robotic

This space is for registered interns who want more than “Did you hit your hours?” and a signature at the end of the month. Supervision with me is about the actual work you’re doing—your hardest cases, your self‑doubt, your boundaries, and how to be a whole human and a clinician at the same time.

What we’ll focus on together

When this opens fully, supervision will be a mix of case consultation, skill‑building, and honest conversations about what it’s like to sit with trauma, crisis, and emotional intensity week after week. We’ll talk through clinical decisions, documentation, ethics, and all the “no one taught me this in grad school” parts of the job.

You’ll have room to bring the sessions that stuck with you, the ones you’re worried you “messed up,” and the places you feel pulled between what your site expects and what feels clinically right. Supervision is about supporting you in the work you’re already doing—it does not include providing a job placement or supplying clients.

How supervision with me tends to feel

The vibe is warm, direct, and collaborative—you get validation and support, but also feedback and gentle challenge when you need it. You can expect a supervisor who cares about your clinical growth, your integrity, and your nervous system, not just your hours log.

Who this is for

This supervision space is designed for RMHCIs in Florida who:

  • Work with trauma, addiction, complex clients, or high emotional intensity

  • Want a supervisor who actually talks about race, culture, power, and systems

  • Are looking for a place where questions and “I don’t know what I’m doing” moments are welcome

How to reach out for now

Supervision spots are not open yet, but if this sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, you can reach out to connect and share a bit about your current work, your site, and what you’re hoping for in supervision.
