Seeing your progress, not just guessing at it
Therapy can feel slow when you're in the middle of it. It's easy to miss how far you've actually come. That's why I use short check-in questionnaires to track how you're doing over time.
How the check-ins work
- You get a link by email. No account to create, no password to remember, and no app to download.
- The questions are short. Most take just a few minutes.
- Go at your own pace. Answer when it works for you, from your phone or computer.
- Neurodivergent-friendly. The forms are simple, clear, and easy to follow.
Why they help
- You can see real change. On hard weeks, it helps to look back and see progress you might not feel in the moment.
- Our sessions stay focused. Your answers help me notice what's working and what needs more attention.
- Your voice shapes your care. Sometimes it's easier to check a box than to say something out loud. The check-ins give you another way to tell me how you're really doing.
- We make decisions together. We can look at your results side by side and talk about what comes next.
